'The sanctions aren't working': Putin needs to be hit 'very, very hard'
Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations Co-Chair Stefan Romaniw says it is important the international community acts "swiftly" against Vladimir Putin. "There's obviously people ... running for bunkers, people are staying in their homes, they're worried," he told Sky News Australia. "From an international community's point of view, very important that we now act and we act swiftly as Mr Putin has acted. "The sanctions aren't working - we need to hit Putin and his oligarchs very, very hard."
