Putin 'miscalculated' over 'all or nothing' Ukraine campaign
Vladimir Putin has miscalculated in thinking launching an all or nothing war with Ukraine would regain his "iron grip" control over his own population, says Washington Examiner White House correspondent Christian Datoc. Mr Datoc said the Russian president had been facing "severe" waves of unpopularity throughout the pandemic prompting an all out assault on Ukraine in an attempt to regain control over his own people. "He seems to have miscalculated," Mr Datoc told Sky News Australia.
