Redundant, isn't it? This digital ID age verification scam. You can't get a phone account without ID; passport or drivers' license. So just don't sell phone accounts to children without parental consent. Then if the mother consents, choose the account configuration accordingly.
I do believe that this whole David Coleman scam is another sorry attempt by a dying political party to garner the nanny vote by secretly pretending to punish men yet again. (Men are not swinging voters).
