It also means an American only has 9 years to enjoy retirement while an average person in China has 23 years to enjoy retirement. And it is not means or asset tested when access pension in China. It means you get your pension monthly even you stay overseas, are a multi-millionaire or have another job after retirement. Singapore is another example of one party system. Its gdp is highest among Asia.

the problem with sending them to other nations is that many other nations do not support their natural habitat. and you are entrusting the maintenace of the zoos and captive environments with the future of the Pandas survival. this is to say. You are saying to US and UK, that in order to have this Panda you must always maintain the state of captivity that you provide. While not considering that one day many of the Zoo animals will be free to roam the natural environments they are relocated to. This is to say, you believe in the future of these nations and their establishments. In that, thingss are not due to change here for 1000s of years. At least. for such an investment. But you must ask, what happens to the Panda after 1000 years of captivity in a foreign nation? And you must ask. did any of the buildings here were they built to last that length of time. Because the answer is no.
It is best that you keep the panda. because if your own zoos and establishments one day stop functioning. Then it has a habitat it is likely to survive in
