Water can be put into reservoir as a poor excuse. But even more problematic, especially when you’re talking about just modular nuclear plants is that it is a cheaper form of power when constructed and it’s there when you need it whether resources are available or not it can be an economic growth for you in selling the power. It really has more benefits than it has downside.
