We worked on that for years, under different Ukrainian and EU presidency. It was a kind of tango.
If, at last, EU and Ukraine Presidency have agreed on an objective, a programme, a schedule, with a strong will to make it, at the end of the process, both will have obtained more strength, a better structure. This is for the best benefit of both Parties.
