After watching the debate, and Joe Biden's rebuttal the day after, I'm thinking that Resident Biden is refusing to stand down, so the Democratic Party is hanging him out to dry. CNN gave the Resident of the White House a series of questions, and then slightly changed the questions, resulting in some of the Resident's confusion. Lacking the mental clarity to bounce back, he struggled through the debate.
