I have the Siphon fire burning right near me right now in Arizona. I’ve said this for a while I believe that people should have a license to have a fire like getting CPR certified or getting a fishing license. They should have to take a class hosted by the fire department and if they do not have their license with them and have a fire they should be fined. This would bring in revenue from the classes from the fines in from maybe a small fee of printing your license. I think this should be all across the US. It could solve at least the human made fires.
