makes complete sense, Russia has huge casaulties that is why their troop numbers are increasing every month..... truth is they get more volunteers (1k daily) then their losses,
and they are training more conscripts to prepare for any further NATO aggression.
Also note Russia still don't use conscripts in Donbass and in the Crimeria, they have the luxury to use only contracted professional troops, minimal training time 4 months.
Compare that to the Ukrainian forced conscripts who get almost zero training (they ended the NATO trainings in NATO countries, since forced conscpits can't be allowed to leave Ukraine). Or the average age of 43....
