You'd be amazed at how much clean up has already been done, Republicans get things done. By comparison look at the Bridge that got hit by the barge in Baltimore that's not expected to be finished until 2028 lol or The Maui wildfire victims that are still waiting or the people in Palestine Ohio that are still waiting for clean up efforts.
