Housing should not be expensive in Australia, it ain't like Europe where there is now limited space and overcrowding..... Property should be cheap to encourage growth economically, but also to encourage your native population to have children. Is Australia like the rest of the west now though? Where they import millions of immigrants and build them housing with tax payers money, while keeping housing expensive for the natives so none of them feel like they have a future and stop having kids.
