i think FM needs to improve her finance skills firsts. So much taxes, 35% direct tax, 18% GST , FM is killing middle class. Govt is getting 60% of salary of middle class..
There is no pint in working now when your 6 salaries are being taken by Govt in terms of taxes.

These companies do not treat their current employees well. Skilled ppl want to work abroad in better working conditions. Government needs to make working conditions of white collar and blue collar jobs better first. We are not herd of sheep but human beings.
