US has peaked its phase in Global investments and is struggling with alignment and deployment of new innovation. If operated in peace and non-bias (not one ethnic group controls every outcome), then it could advance to Global unification. It can't achieve this because a large balance of resources is wasted on war, the kind of war that gains nothing but more hatreds and national decline.
