It is shameful that Shanghai did very poor job this time in controlling COVID spreading. It has done several times to control the spot outbreaks with limited impact on normal life. But somehow it didn't take the same approach this time, especially when Hong Kong is just demonstrating how bad it can be if there's not proper control.
