China's Ministry of Finance, the National Audit Office and the State Tax Administration held a press conference on May 17 to review their work over the past decade. They said reform has helped improve the business environment, supporting the development of science and technology, coordinating the development of rural and urban areas and tackling the environmental problems and climate change.
