Demonstrations are taking place in Melbourne for the second week in a row to protest vaccine mandates.
The crowd gathered swiftly as there are thousands of people protesting in the city today.
Protesters have been heard shouting 'free Victoria' and 'Sack Daniel Andrews' outside of Parliament.
The crowd is also marching against the specific laws which would provide a premier with the power to declare a pandemic and create public health orders.
