The Chinese should continue not to buy products from any companies that don't use Xinjiang cotton, tomatoes etc., including Nike, Adidas, Ikea etc. The government should compile a complete list of such foreign and domestic companies and publish it for all Chinese to know.
The Chinese consumer has more power than the Chinese government, but unfortunately there are a lot of economic traitors among consumers.
I have just read on Global Times how adidas, Nike etc. are trying to suck up to the Chinese consumer by using Chinese themes and the color red, but they have not apologized for their wrongdoings, nor changed their attitude toward Xinjiang.
