Flight Centre is considering launching legal action against the McGowan government's failures to open Western Australia's border.
Flight Centre CEO Graham Turner told Sky News Australia the company has a lot of business support behind it.
'We're pretty confident that we'll be looking at a judicial review in the federal court,' Mr Turner told Sky News Australia.
'Taking into account Section 92 of the Constitution which allows free trade between borders and freedom of movement between borders by Australians as well.'
