Hills Shire Mayor Dr Peter Gangemi says residents in the Hills have endured "four major floods" in the last 16 months.
'They've had enough, and they are calling for immediate action,' he told Sky News host Chris Smith.
'And the immediate action they are calling for is the raising of the Warragamba Dam wall.'
