Labor has 'little idea' on economic forecasts: Kenny
Treasurer Jim Chalmers' description of Australia's economic outlook has an "obvious flaw", Sky News host Chris Kenny says. Mr Kenny pointed to Mr Chalmers' speech on Australia's economic outlook in parliament on Thursday. "His starting point is that the forecasts from just over three months ago are already wildly wrong οΏ½ that's why he's produced new forecasts," Mr Kenny said. "And on the back of them, he says we can see inflation and our woes are peaking soon, probably in about six months, before they start improving next year. "Really, the forecasts from three months ago were worthless, but we can tell its onwards and upwards in 6 months or a year?"
