The sewage system built 100+ years ago wasn't built for the sewage of 100M population, farmers told the Daily Mail in 2023 that that is how many people they're feeding. Mass migration has made the sewage issue far larger than it would've been. Then they don't dredge the rivers, they don't clear out the drains, and they build on flood plains and green belt land. What do they expect would happen?

Flooding in the UK is nothing new but we never learn...we don't have sufficient flood defences..some reservoirs have been filled in..rivers aren't dredged anymore..drains and ditches don't get cleaned out enough..we build new houses on flood plains..and that's just for starters....
