Do you know China provide free de facto university education and free accommodation to all university students in China? Every year China have about 11 million students who graduated from universities in China. Almost none of them need student loan when they graduate: the government set annual university tuition fee at A$1000 and A$250 for campus accomodation per year for every student in China. Every university has 4-7 giant canteens to provide 3 meals per day at heavily discounted price to every student. Each canteen can provide meals to hundreds of students at one time.
