In July 2023 the Biden administration brought in legislation that means if you visit Cuba for a vacation from an ESTA country, such as UK, you will not be allowed to visit the USA with an ESTA. You would need to attend the US Embassy for an interview to get a Visa. Biden has destroyed Cuban tourism with this ruling as most of us would prefer to keep our ESTA travel arrangements to visit the USA.
