Perhaps seen as an IDF congregational Rabbi, they could lead daily services, supervise Kosher kitchens, teach Parshat,.... and defend Israel, while receiving extra credits from Yishiva.
This extra credit program will take some time to evolve into a workable plan, but I think its a goal worth striving for.
