This is horrendous but unsurprising. I'm sure many of these people would leave the rf, or would have never considered emigrating in the first place, if there were opportunities for them at home. Still, I'm glad to see some countries openly criminalising participation in the russian army - I don't know how much difference it will make on the ground, but it's a statement against putin and that's something.
