Nio is fighting a losing battle. Charging times keep getting shorter. There is less and less need for swapping. Aside from the inconvenience, swappable batteries compared to fixed batteries are less efficient in terms of frame stiffness, weight, cost, and protection against water intrusion.

Tesla survived because the US government basically gave Tesla a handout of Billions in Carbon Credits.
Tesla had so much Carbon Credits that they made a huge profit selling Carbon credits to other EV manufacturers.

What EV company do you suspect will be thriving in the next 5-8 years? The guy going to Mars or the guy actually putting thought into his overall EV Ecco system ?
