I hardly ever go to coles or wollies we only shop the really good specials.
Everything else i get from the farmers markets ,butcher indapendent fruit and veg store and we make every thing at home no pre made food
eg: pizza home made is way better than store brought and it doesn't have all the nasty stuff in it.
