His actual point of why the book needs to be banned makes no sense because same sex couples are everywhere from movies to tv shows to parents walking down the street and children will see these people. His actual outrage is that these books are trying to normalize something he sees as immoral and something that isnt allowed or appropriate for his conservative culture and he also sees it as a type of propaganda that children need to be protected from.
