no let's be real, the world is NO longer big enough for everybody... the planet is suffering from improper scaling... you have unlimited demand chasing finite resources... ALL the environmental destruction, social problems, warring, etc. are a direct result of unhealthy competition among the world community in a race to over consumption and empire building... so demand is eating the planet and humanity.... just like artificial ecosystems there is a capacity limit where further expansion results in the collapse of the life sustaining system... take for example a single family home with fixed space, appliances, comforts, storage, resource distribution, etc. and KEEP adding humans into your environment... WAY before space runs out, the stronger humans will be in conflict with weaker ones in overall competition for lifestyle, as more come in the wear and tear on the property increases as well as the overall lack of cleanliness due to increasing competition; as more are stacked in your scaling the overall mental and physical health of the community declines with less and less freedom, the more who are added increases ethical breakdown and warring, murders can occur; eventually as the community suffers in chaos, unsustainability, thing finally run out of room... but by then it is way too late....
