The justices on the Supreme Court are just citizens in robes. They are not special, they are people, they are our fellow Americans.
They are supposed to set their personal biases aside and rule on law and the constitution.
Just to remind everyone, we have a divided government but the branches are not equal. The legislative branch holds the most power, then the executive, and the judical branch holds the least amount of power. Our Founding Fathers designed our nation this way. There are "checks and balances", but they are not equal. This is a falsehood that seems to be far too prevalent in the media.
