One way to free up public housing, live there for 10 years only in your lifetime then rent at market value. I know people who have lived in public housing for over 40 years and still there. It gives no incentive for them to. Improve their lives once they are on the gravy train. Frees up housing for those on waiting list. No housing for illegal immigrants for 10 years
