That one electoral vote could be everything. If Trump flips AZ, GA and WI, it would be a 269-269 tie. There are other scenarios that could even be 268-270, so that one vote could be huge. According to the US Constitution, this is a decision of the state legislature.

I disagree with winner take all. I think that every state all fifty should have apportioned electoral votes by congressional district. Example: Colorado has 10 electoral votes. So one vote goes Democrat, one vote goes Republican because of each Senator and then the other 8 go whatever the district is.
