I love the traditional Chinese wedding ceremony and dresses. They are so elegant and full of cultural meaning and symbolism. China has a rich deep and long history with 5000 years of continuous civilization. When China was so advanced with its quintessential beautiful culture and richest in the world in the past, many western countries were still tribal and so behind. In the imperial era, Chinese sophisticated and modest Confucian culture was very much admired and respected by neighbouring countries and faraway countries as well. Therefore China culturally influenced other countries to accept and adopt Chinese systems and culture WITHOUT having to purposely export or force others to accept/adopt Chinese culture like what the west do now to every country. However due to a century of civil wars, and foreign invasions, exploitation and looting, many Chinese started to have doubts about their Chinese culture and civilization and turned to worship western cultures and wedding styles. That was so wrong. Itโ€™s because Chinese people didnโ€™t have strong beliefs in themselves and in their 5000 years of civilization and the long tradition. They were easily manipulated by outsiders/ the west that intended to tear down the long deep-rooted Chinese culture and civilization. I am glad to see young people in China today take the lead in reviving their beautiful, sophisticated and elegant traditional Chinese wedding and Hanfu and manners associated with Hanfu. They are answering the call for national rejuvenation from their great leader Xi Jingjing. Long live China ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
