Zelenski threatened to build his own nuclear weapon ( it would take around two weeks..they do have all the materials) and fire it at Russia if NATO troops wouldn't help him and if the West refused to permit him to join NATO. It's like the West took on board a shelter dog to fight its proxy war and is now discovering that shelter dog has some serious neurological problems but they ain't got anyone to hand it back to.
