The Australian's Foreign Editor Greg Sheridan says former prime minister Scott Morrison's address to the secret undertaking of five ministerial portfolios at a press conference on Wednesday was 'damaging'.
'He still doesn't think he did a thing wrong,' Mr Sheridan told Sky News Australia.
'He thinks it was all great, we just misunderstood him.'
