Martha Stewart went from country to country and copied/studied other people's culture. Their Cuisines and ideas she put her spin on them over the years, and the rest is history. William and Catherine have a reputation for being very loyal to their staff and would never throw them under the bus in the way William's brother and his wife would. I can easily "forgive" the mistake with the photo knowing their minds and hearts were full in that moment. I do think you are right their press team should have caught the edits before it was sent out, and I'm sure it will never happen again. They did NOT screw up. They do NOT need to be more transparent. They are entitled to privacy when it comes to medical issues, remember they are not on the throne yet, only in line for the throne.
