Ford and GM have suspended R&D of EV’s and instead are putting their money into hybrid… China will flood us with cheap crap EV’s for a couple of years, but EV’s will survive as a niche industry. Chinese gotta have those Tesla’s 😂🤣😂
@stivans1556 Says:
Praise electric, drive on gas !

Victoria,"Govern me harder daddy"
@paulgraham5790 Says:
Considering you would need just over the entire area of Victoria covered in panels to supply energy for Australia's transport I would like to know how nutcase Bowen and the rest of this crazy government think this is practical.
@williamchristenson5487 Says:
When will dumbass australians wake up and tell the government that you are out at the next election and never get back in
@MicheleDamato-co7vh Says:
Seriously who voted for this crap? who knew what Albanase was going to do? Nobody... get this crap out of office and do it fast...
@loughman2629 Says:
There is a very limited number of people who believe the Eletric Vehicle propaganda, spun by a couple of billionaires, Green Politician's, and Global Extinction Warriors! There is even a smaller number of these, who can afford to buy, and run an EV.... of these, an even smaller number are silly enough, to, (once bitten, financially,) make the same dreadfully stupid mistake, and buy another EV!!!😂😂😂 But a few will sell, every year, because as 😮 P.T.Barnum said "There's a sucker born every minute"
@alanrainey5022 Says:
Is it costitutional or even legal?
@murrayslee911 Says:
EVs are are suitable for city suburban use, not travelling long distances. Cease forcing Australians to buy ev when most of us can't afford one.
@rogermckinnon5738 Says:
Lol multiple major vehicle manufacturers have dumped their Ev's and are moving to hybrid or hydrogen vehicles instead. Even Rolls Royce have dumped their Ev vehicles and have shifted to hydrogen. Ford has dumped their lighting truck and moved back to fossil or hybrid. Toyota has openly said they will be all hybrid or hydrogen no Ev. Europe has thousands of acres of dumped Ev's just sitting there. Even Tesla is dumping Ev's and basically moving to build hydrogen vehicles.
@befeleme Says:
Only people with impaired cognitive ability allow themselves to be hoodwinked into buying an electric vehicle.
@batmanlives6456 Says:
When a vehicle is not fit for purpose and figures for range and abilities are being wildly exaggerated… People will wise up and reject these things as a con job … As they are !!!
@davannaleah Says:
And while the push for ev everywhere, in Germany there is the threat to ban driving on weekends.... Oh joy!
@janicesmith2475 Says:
EV’s are like the jab. The more time that passes, and the more I learn about them, the more I feel like a genius for not having either. I could say the same about smart phones — no, thank you! 😊
@Tony-ne7hd Says:
Lets stop using the term “renewable”. Every time this word is used to describe energy production it is a LIE! There is nothing “renewable” in energy production, not even the packaging is “renewable”. Its a made up word used to sell a scam.

Reflect on what happened to the people who stood in the way of Stalin's central planning.
@joejoejoe4577 Says:
EVs are another great con. Plenty of virtue signallers were fooled.
@AndrewMitchell001 Says:
Qld will have a Lib Government in a few months wont happen here for a time anyway, vote Clownbanese out at next federal election before its too late for country, as for EV's who didn't see this coming...
@ag31988 Says:
People need to embrace EV adoption. Forget the nonsense you hear and read in the media, it’s all false. The sooner we adopt EVs, the sooner we unshackle ourselves from the greedy Arab cartel oil companies and can become more self reliant. Why doesn’t anyone see this?
@VXGaming Says:
People expect, you mean government enforcement didn't work.
@anthonydaxis1209 Says:
Nothing to do with 'Electric' as all vehicle sales in the U.S. are stifled by the corrupt democrat and Joe Biden handler policies causing rampant inflation. But this is only a bump in the road for EVs, where it is likely the final nail or straw for many other auto companies who embrace obsolescence looking backward instead of forward.
@MasterChief37 Says:
Where is the demand for EVs dropping? There were more sold in 2023 in Australian than 2022
@pascalouellette8516 Says:
They will have to undo many of these regulations, EV are not good for widespread us at any distances, might make it toward 20 percent but they are not ready for more than that and they are not better for the environment...
@momaslilboy1781 Says:
I want one. Unfortunately, when the EV battery dies, it will costs the owner around $35000 to $65000 to replace the battery. I want one, but I'll wait for technology to mature.
@mikldude9376 Says:
Half the problem with EVs, is they are no where near as clean as they are purported to be. The battery manufacturing process is labor intensive , very dirty , and very expensive. When you add all other compromises buyers have to make with EV ownership, the gloss wears right off them . And clearly as many comparisons have shown between conventional ICE powered vehicles and EV vehicles, EVs are inferior in many ways. The mere fact the day you pick up your nice shiny EV and st as rt using it , the range you have today will not be the range you have in a year or 5 years , 10 years , and you will eventually be facing a replacement battery cost that will cost a good percentage of what the original new car price was. Add to that the inconvenience of charging out on the road , less range than a comparable ICE vehicle, more insurance costs , depreciation because of the battery. EVs are inferior. ! And these green idiots want to replace heavy transport with EV transport vehicles 🤣. It will not work in most applications. But the EV idealists want to lock us into having inferior transportation systems that will cost a fortune , not be reliable and will put people out of business , make no mistake about that. But it will make the greenie EV agenda idealists feel all good inside. What was that movie ???? Idiocraty ? Welcome to Victoria 2024.
@winstonsmith7801 Says:
I can see the EV mandates coming fast.
@blackg0076 Says:
You can say goodbye to camping in Victoria , it will all be banned to non aboriginals.

@DJ-yj1vg Says:
My father used to alk about this govt mindset whilst doing business in china. If they want a highway, they just bulldoze houses with minimal warning. Great for progress, not so great for its homeowners.
@The_Stoic_Philosopher68 Says:
Yeah, with power prices going up and up under Labor your electricity bill would be astronomical if you charge an EV at home. No one will take up an EV to become poorer!
@videofreak6047 Says:
Isnt the same industry dead in the usa?
@jeffreykreiley7265 Says:
My entire family have bought into the “climate crisis” but even they won’t touch an ev. Greenie weenies are often bohemian who are addicted to traveling to every hip, exotic spot they can find and an ev doesn’t cut it and the airline miles they accrue are insane.
@dt-wq7ql Says:
Renewables ???? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 You mean death to humanity & all animal life . Electric cars 😂😂 a novelty they done away with 100 years ago . Cos they're shite😂😂
@wildstorm74 Says:
Honestly, people in comments are actually wishing for the downfall of EVs. I couldn't be more disappointed in people.🤦 I actually could get more disappointed in people, but that opinion is up there.😑
@pookeyhutchison7838 Says:
Well the transgendered car craze has gone as reality has set in.
@harrysmith8515 Says:
Do you know as many as 80% of cars running in China big cities like Shenzhen are EVs already? It saves a lot of money for EV owners as one charge only cost them 2.50 Euro and give them 400 kms range.
@georgekordis4268 Says:
Of all people the incompetent Victorian government with the highest state debt in the country that says it all.
@turbyoulance Says:
