The Supreme Court should never have taken up the subject of absolute immunity, and left it to the lower courts who all agreed but let's just use some logic and common sense here, is it because of the brilliant knowledge of Judge Chutkan and the other lower courts? We the people of good will think so. If no one is above the law then how can there be absolute immunity doesn't that make sense. Conclusion Trump acted on his own personal behest plain and simple and SCOTUS disagreement with the lower courts signals nothing but corruption at best.
