Banks loan money they don’t have it’s called Factional Reserve Banking they are ALL BROKE under the current Ponzi Fiat system.
Quantitative Easing (QE) a type of counterfeiting the artificial printing of money which if an individual participates in it goes to prison for, yet governments and central bank are allowed to get away with it.
Central Banks curb interest rates so we don’t have the real cost of money and the blame is put upon the retail bank for manipulating libor.
Deposit guarantees, so when banks go broke through their own incompetence the taxpayer picks up the tab, it’s theft from the taxpayer.
