Listen this is a heads up there is a concern that a dogear amendment was passed by the US Congress that says Alien migrants to the US can vote if they think they are Americans. I have seen that there are non-profit websites instructing alien migrants to ask for Absentee ballots before the voting period. Haitians are seen in Springfield, OH to very easily come by driver's licenses. So if they went to a polling center they would have a photo ID to vote. I have yet to compare where the 20,000 Haitian aliens were housed to previous voting demographics in those areas. I easily assume if aloud to vote Haitians would vote for Democratcs. My understanding:
(c)(2) How is any attendant at a voting booth going to know exactly what age the alien before them permanently came to reside in America? The social cost of rejecting this illegal/protected alien's attempt to cast a ballot to vote is too high. The attendant will let the aliens vote at the polls to cast a ballot if they show required photo ID like everyone else. This is a manufactured loophole socially engineered by the Democratic Party. Alien absentee ballots will not be closely filtered either because Subsection (c)(2) is unrefuteable.
Subsection (c)(3) Never should have been voted for by Republican Representatives at all. These are laws that need redaction. I think this is saying that if the alien voting believed they were a citizen of the United States at the time of voting, their vote cast is valid and legal.
