As a FAA Certified Drone Pilot the drones I use require that the Geo-fencing be unlocked when they are new. If this drone was not set up right, the Geo-fencing would not let the drone even take off. Also they were basically right at an airport which restrict flying in that proximity even more. That would be for the general public. I realize the USSS can bypass alot of regs but the drone doesn't know that. Just Guessing here.
