the unrelenting costs of the byproduct waste disposal alone renders nuclear unaffordable at any costs... the only cheap and clean enefgy still resides in coal and natural gas which are in abundant supply, are "renewable" and already in global use... if the government tax system was raping us by taxing the energy at every level from creation, distribution and sales... it would be 1/10 the current cost.
