Remember in China you are not buying the property, you are buying a thirty year lease. So called "owners" are now coming up to renew that lease and many are walking away.

China's 🇨🇳 issuing $284 billion sovereign debt to help its struggling economy is like throwing a cup of water on the forest fire. LOL The stimulus money is less than Evergrande's debt.

China's recent barrage of stimulus won't solve its structural issues: - property bust, - deflation threat, or - long-term demographic problem. It may only help short-term goals.

Did u see the Vietnamese Fishing boat. it had claimed China stole its fishing catch and sent them back to shore. Thing is vietnam Star is the Chinese star. i was looking.. and otherwise the chinese flag is fairly un-interesting if not for that star but making a big thing about the chinese star and having it be seperate from Vietnam which is just a large red star to emphasis on something belong to china using its flag and the available features is difficult when u want to run a system for it and vietnam as seperate entities.
