Aus is one trillion in debt, this is $37,000 for every single Australian. If you’re a Victorian you get to add an extra $30,000 due to the state debt. It took the Howard/Costello gov 10 years to pay off the Hawke/Keating debt of 93 billion. I can’t see any way any government can pay this debt down. This financial mismanagement since the GFC is an absolute disgrace. some real tough decisions coming in the years ahead. They need to start by scrapping NDIS .
