FULLY AGREE WITH DEFENSE FOR DISMISSAL. GA prosecutors are attempting to take free speech, political speech, and turn it into "racketeering", which is ludicrous. Furthermore, they would still have to show, that Trump or anyone of the defendants had INTENT to commit a crime and did not act on what they believed or perceived to be the truth and/ or correct. There is NO guidance of law to suggest to defendants at the time, that what they were doing was right or wrong because of the conflicting arguments and intricacy of the law in this realm, as these arguments here clearly show. Our laws are based on INTENT to commit a crime, OR negligence resulting in a crime. You have to have one or the other. Though ignorance of law is not an excuse, there cannot feasibly be expected of ANY of these defendants, due to the intricacy and conflicting laws, to have known what they did constituted an "offense". I believe wholeheartedly that NONE of them intended any criminal act and that Willis with her willful "racketeering" charges are simply absurd and a clear showcase of charges inspired by her dislike of Trump, white men in particular. She is there every day in the court again, how embarrassing for GA.
