The delay due to wrangling in the FSB influenced Congress cost Ukraine dearly and Comrade Putin made ‘hay out of sunshine”. Perhaps, the Republican “traitor” core of the Congress was afraid that they will be answerable in to the future in case Ukraine lost the war to Russia. Hence, their reluctant approval for the military aid package to Ukraine.
