What is a surprise to me with all the literature that's been on the shelf's in Barnes and Nobles and in thousands of news articles and magazines across our country about what a conniving crook he's always been way before he was elected and the fact that's he's a billionaire from birth that's lived a life of luxury from the day he was born ,that has no earthly idea about the middle class struggles

Well, it's possible that Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes wanted to avoid charges that the indictments were intended to interfere with Donald Trump's presidential campaign. After all, indicting Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows doesn't interfere with Trump's bid to be elected Oresident again.
It's also possible that the decision not to indict Trump was based on the fact that there sre fewer imprdiments to peoceeding with a trial if Donald Trump is not a defendant.
I think not indicting Yrimp at this time was a wise decision.
