By discriminating against White guys, like me, the children of the coastal elite get to hold leadership positions fit for a professional stretegist and tactician, without needing to know the distinction between a strategy and a tactic. By discriminating against me, rich connected bozos get to run Disney, even though they don't even advance the best interests of Disney or Disney Shareholders. Discriminating against me isn't about social justice, it's about perpetuating unearned and undeserved advantages for talentless and mediocre persons, from connected coastal elite families, supporters of the Democratic Party.
