These freaking hypocrites denied my Thai wife of 3 years a tourist visa 4 times for no reason other than "they suspected she might overstay her visa or work illegally" none of which she would have done as she had no reason to do such a thing and it would have destroyed our future plans to apply for an Australian marriage visa. They simply judged her to be guilty and put the onus on her to prove her innocence without telling us how she could do that. We hired an immigration agent for two of the attempts and were knocked back for the same reason Now I hear that our government has just breezed it's way into handing out over 1700 "tourist visas" to what are most likely potential terrorists. Tell me who this government is working for again because it's certainly not Australians.
