CLP Senator Jacinta Price has delivered a 'cracker' of a speech to parliament, Sky News host Peta Credlin says.
Ms Price discussed what she hopes to deliver during her time in government, including halting the 'pointless virtue signaling' and focusing on the solutions that bring real change.
Well said …she is the only person I listen to finding a solution to a complicated issue…a true inspirational leader and role model

I watched it and was greatly impressed by you. I support everything you said. Yeah but to everyone agreeing with her, what has her party done, over the past 10 bloody years, to improve the lives of indigenous people? All the 'virtue signalling' (aka just the bare minimum of respect that should be shown) aside, her party has never made Indigenous rights and improvement of their living standards a priority. Albo and Co., no doubt listened to every word of Jacinta's speech, but the moral force of her comments about (1) the return to the bad old days (alcohol) and (2) the effects on Aboriginal family life - of the open-slather use of the cashless credit card - this must have gone straight over their heads, and processed as political incorrect! Actually, their consciences may be blunted through sheer ignorance of how Aboriginal communities work, and what makes the women and children so vulnerable. The Aus. citizen is protected from self- harm by rules mandating e.g. helmets on bikes, and w/e alcohol checks at road blocks etc.. Whereas, aborigines are now deprived of helpful protection against self-harm and family violence, by unsound superficial reasoning. Where is the compassion toward the Aboriginal community, which seeks to minimise harmful alcohol effects on families? What of the psychological pressure on card holders to provide for unlimited cash withdrawals by relatives, who insist: "In our culture we all own everything together; our blood relationships rightfully insist you hand over your card for our unlimited use!"

Jacinta looks at the indigenous population's issues in a different way that seeks to help her people, whereas past governments just threw money at the problem, hoping it would go away; it's good to see her focus on bringing people of all races in the country instead of divide and separate like so many want to do today.
